01Who we are
This website presents Gravity, an After Effects extension made by Motion Native ("we", "us").
Contact for privacy questions: TODO - the owner adds a contact email address before launch.
02What this website collects today
The website has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts or fonts.
- Language choice: if you pick a language, or once a language suggestion has been shown, your browser stores that in its own local storage (keys "gravity-lang-chosen" and "gravity-lang-seen"). It is never sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser settings.
- Hosting: the site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser user agent and the requested address. TODO: the owner confirms which Cloudflare logs and analytics settings are enabled for this project.
03Early-access email list
The early-access sign-up form on the product and pricing pages is open. Each sign-up stores:
- Your email address.
- That you gave consent, which version of this policy you consented to, and the date and time of sign-up.
- The language of the page you signed up from, so we can write to you in that language.
The sign-up form also contains a hidden field that people should leave empty; it helps us reject automated spam and is not stored.
Purpose: to send you news about the Gravity launch, such as when the trial and checkout open. We will not use it for anything else, and we will not sell it.
Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us (TODO contact) and we will delete your entry.
Storage: the data is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a storage service run by Cloudflare on our behalf, in Cloudflare's global network. Cloudflare acts as our service provider (processor).
Retention: each entry is deleted automatically 90 days after sign-up, or earlier if you ask us to delete it.
Email: signing up does not send a confirmation email and does not reserve a purchase or a price. TODO: if a mailing service is used to send launch news, it will be named here before it is used.
04Payments
This website does not process payments. Purchase buttons lead to a demo checkout: it takes no payment, its card fields are disabled, and the email address you type there is not sent to us or stored. When real checkout opens, a payment provider will handle payment details and this policy will be updated first.
05The Gravity extension
Gravity contains no AI features and does not send what you simulate to any service. Diagnostics are a local ZIP file that you create yourself; nothing is sent automatically.
06Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or Korea's Personal Information Protection Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. To use these rights, contact us (TODO contact).
07Children
The website and the early-access list are not directed at children under 16.
08Changes
We will update this page when what we collect changes, and before real checkout opens. The date at the top shows the current version.
